IS Alfred W. Trenkler? - Struggling for Justice
Since his conviction, and despite
his incarceration in Pennsylvania which is far away from contact with
his lawyers and family, Alfred has sought relief in the courts from his
wrongful conviction. However, the standard for the appellate courts
was not whether Alfred was innocent, but whether the investigation and
trial were fair and conducted properly.
